Engine 361 and M5 was dispatched to a 37-01 box at 4000 Annapolis Road for a report of people sick due to a strange odor @ 1408 hours. After further investigation After requesting Baltimore County T5 to ladder roof to check the A/C unit, crews found that the A/C unit was just serviced but still had a slight odor. Crews were unable to find a source and crews were cleared with no immediate hazard. Maintenance of facility had to be called to come out and investigate further.

Life Member/Past Chief Bernard Smith and Fire Suppression Lieutenant Kenneth Younger were recently awarded the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s highest honor. Chief Smith and Lieutenant Younger were commissioned by the Governor and the Secretary of State as Colonels in the Kentucky Militia. Commissions for Kentucky Colonels are given by the Governor and the Secretary of State to individuals in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to a community, state or the nation.
A list of Kentucky Colonels is a Who's Who of outstanding men and women around the world. The certificate, signed by the Governor and the Secretary of State and bearing the Great Seal of Kentucky, has hung on the walls of such distinguished leaders as Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson and Ronald Reagan, and English Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Certificates are also proudly displayed by great second grade teachers and brave volunteer firemen who have performed in an extraordinary manner.
